Hardware:

2nd Year onwards (Prices exclude parts and transport)
Hardware general services, maintenance, repair or upgrades

  • General Services & replacements of parts.
  • Preventive maintenance such as cleaning of CPU, FDD & CD-ROM drive.
  • Troubleshooting hardware problems and installation of new hardware.

Software Services
  • 1st month FOC re-installation of pre-loaded software (Carry-in service only)
  • Re-installation of licensed software (windows & other pre-loaded software)
  • Configuration of Internet access
  • Network consultation & Installation
  • Other Software services, such as Diagnostic services, Virus cleaning, and Data backup

Transport (On-Site Servicing)
  • Standard Charge (within 20KM of services station). Site beyond 20KM radius will incur an additional RM 1 per kilometer.
 RM 50 per trip

False Calls
  • Upon attending on-site service call and found that the reporting problem does not exist or has been rectified by the customer but not reported back to the vendor.
 RM 50 per call

Cancellation Charge
  • Cancellation charges are applicable where diagnosis is performed and customer decline the proceed (applicable to all machine whether carry-in or on-site service)
