Computer Service Request Form ( For Local Sibu Only )

Our store is temporary closed due to MCO. All services are still available by appointment based. Please send your service request form (For local Sibu only).

What are service procedures?

  1. Once we received your service request form, we will contact you within 1-3 business day(s).
  2. FREE on-the-phone consultation will be provided and we will quote you accordingly before proceed any arrangement for the onsite pickup service.
  3. We will pickup the item(s) and bring back to service center for full diagnose.
  4. Please allow 3-5 business days for the hardware and software diagnoses and services.
  5. We will always call you and quote you first before proceed any repair service.
  6. Once repair service completed, we will call you for arrangement to send back the repaired item(s) to you.
  7. Payment by Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) or Bank Transfer.
  8. For any service cancellation, item(s) will send back to you with minimum diagnose fee / cancellation fee of RM50 (as per item cost).
