Our store is temporary closed due to MCO. All services are still available by appointment based. Please send your service request form (For local Sibu only).
What are service procedures?
- Once we received your service request form, we will contact you within 1-3 business day(s).
- FREE on-the-phone consultation will be provided and we will quote you accordingly before proceed any arrangement for the onsite pickup service.
- We will pickup the item(s) and bring back to service center for full diagnose.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the hardware and software diagnoses and services.
- We will always call you and quote you first before proceed any repair service.
- Once repair service completed, we will call you for arrangement to send back the repaired item(s) to you.
- Payment by Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) or Bank Transfer.
- For any service cancellation, item(s) will send back to you with minimum diagnose fee / cancellation fee of RM50 (as per item cost).
